It has been 3 years since I signed Hallie's guestbook. I want you to know that I have never forgotten your little girl. This past September I lost a very close friend who was only 25 to a tragic drowning that could have been prevented by a cover over a drainage pipe. I can't even imagine the loss of a child but If I were a parent who suffered a loss I would never want anyone to forget the beautiful life they lived. I guess my point is I won't forget Hallie and as a complete stranger I think of your family especially during difficult times. All my love and prayers and I'm sure we will meet in heaven one day.

when it came time for christmas this year, i didnt know what i wanted. all my relatives were asking what i needed. i couldnt think of a single thing. i asked myself, what do you really want? it may sound cheesey but the only answer i could think of was love. not love for me, but love for the rest of the world. i had overlooked this simple wish my whole life, yet it still was there. my uncle, instead of presenting me with clothes or books i didnt even want, he told me to get on the computer, and showed me this website. he said he would make a donation to the LOVE, HALLIE foundation under my name. thank you hallie, like you once did, i write down my thoughts and wishes down on paper. maybe one day, our wishes will come true. donating to this foundation was a great present. u truely made my christmas. and hopefully, we made another child's christmas out there too. keep on giving!!!!

It is so inspirational to me that Hallie Geir has made such an impact in her life and her untimely death. I truly believe that we can all make a difference and it only takes one person at a time to do so. Thank you for all of the work that you do.

I was certainly touched by the video of the Oprah show and the background and powerful voices of the Agape children yesterday. Although Hallie is not physically here with us, but her spirit will remain with the many lives that she has touched in one way or the other. Not to only that I was amazed that such a young girl could have strong and touching poetry. May her soul rest in perfect peace. To her parents, you raised a wonderful angel and may the love and peace of the lord remain your comfort or solace. Your deeds are appreciated and should push people like us to do more.

May God's grace be with you all!

My cousin told me that she read an article about Hallie Geier in school but our last name is Geier so we were wondering if we were related. I think Hallie is the best person ever! How did she get hit? I have so many questions for Ted and Sophia. I need to know. So many things have been happening to kids these days. Why? here is a note to audults.

1. Dont ever drink beer or wine.

2. Dont have a gun in the house no matter what.

3. If you get angry just go to sleep. You'll wake up and feel so relaxed.

4. Dont let your kids run around town with their friends. NOT SAFE!!!

5. Always like what you have before its gone.

Why does their have to be bad people in this world why cant we all just get along. Hallie Geier you are my hero. You are a big inspiration to all kids around the world. Hallie i will never forget you. Rest In Peace Hallie Kassandra Geier. I love you. And always will.

I first heard about Love,Hallie at the Global Health Conference. I later became more intimately familiar with the foundation when Ted Geier drove my friends and I home from a NJ Jets event at which we volunteered. After treating us to icecream, he insisted on driving each and every one of us to our respective doorsteps, blaming it on his "dad tendencies". The story behind Love,Hallie and the many success stories that it continues to tell (in leaps and bounds) is most inspiring. There are those who care about making the world a better place and there are those who will go mountains beyond mountains to make it a better place. I wish Ted Geier and his family the best of luck.

My mum once told me that the best way to forget your problems is to listen to other peoples. She is so right. I'm going through a difficult time right now, but when I saw your story on Oprah, it really made me realise how much more other people have to go through, and made my problems pale in comparison. Your family has been, and still is so strong. It really gave me an example of how to be in life. Oprah said on the show that there was a reason for why each one of us were watching at that moment. I know I realised mine, and whnever I feel like I'm drowning in my problems, I think of that and the stories that were on the show. I have just come back from Africa myself, and hearing Hallie's story has inspired me to go back one day and do something really useful. Thank you for sharing your story, and for teaching me something no one else could have

Hi, I have just seen Hallie's parents tell their story on Oprah (in Australia) and was very moved and inspired by a couple of things. I couldn't belive how strong & wise her parents are and how this had obviously been passed on to their very wise 11 year old who wanted to help kids in Africa with AIDS. I have a one year old daughter and am expecting our second baby, and I would love to insire my kids to be as compassionate and thoughtful as Hallie. I'd love to help and make a huge donation but am unable to do that but will give a small amount to help carry on with her dream. Love, strength and best wishes to Mr & Mrs Geier.
